The ideal time for your pregnancy session is between 32 and 37 weeks. When your belly is lovely and round, but not to close to your due date. I have a selection of wonderful gowns and wraps to make you feel elegant and show off your beautiful bump. Dads are also encouraged to attend, so we can capture lovely moments of your growing family. Maternity Sessions can be held in the studio or on Location.
Your newborn session is best held within the first 5-14 days of your babies life. Sessions can take between 2-4 hours. Newborns are only so little for such a short amount of time, so these sessions are best scheduled during your pregnancy. My studio is set up specifically with your little one in mind, with an array of props and beautiful textured blankets. The studio is kept at a warm 28 degrees to keep bub nice and warm. We always book out a whole morning for your newborn session. As some bubs need more time to be settled into that lovely deep sleep.

These sessions are great for capturing those funny little facial expressions, or those gorgeous little smiles to toe grabbing, tummy time, sitting, crawling or even taking those first steps and beyond. These sessions are best for all ages from 6 weeks right through to to those cute 2-3 year olds exploring the world. I often photograph most of my sitting baby in studio however, capturing your little ones exploring the outside world is also a favorite thing of mine to do. These sessions are strictly for babies & toddlers. If your wanting family images a family session would need to be booked.
Family sessions are a gorgeous way of capturing moments at a time in your lives you want to cherish. I offer both studio and location family sessions. While I love my studio I do however, find I enjoy capturing families most in the outdoors as you naturally interact with each other. I can give you advice on what to wear and also have a few gorgeous locations I use often. The best time to photograph your family on location is that magical hour before sunset. Family sessions include immediate family members only. Family sessions can be booked at any time of the year however, weekends are very limited availability.

Cake Smash

Fresh 48 photography is a special session for those new families who want those first few hours of their babies life captured without having the entire birth documented. These sessions are held within the first 12-48 hours of your new baby's life, perfect for remembering that first day forever, and capturing everything that is so perfectly raw and new with your baby. Those first yawns, tiny hands and feet, and meeting their siblings for the first time. This is not a traditional newborn session, there is no formal posing, just capturing your baby, and your raw emotion, how you see and feel it.
Oh let the messy fun begin. Cake Smash sessions are an ideal way to celebrate your little cherubs first year. We start with some gorgeous simple traditional portraits before moving on to messy cake fun and we finish off with some tub time in our gorgeous clawfoot bath just for baby. Colours and theme are chosen by you. You just need to let me know approx 2 weeks before your cake smash session. The best age for capturing this milestone in your baby's life is between 11-13 months. These sessions are strictly baby only and are held in my studio.
Once your session is complete your images will be uploaded to my laptop where you will be able to view all the images taken from the day on a big TV screen. (if you are having an Outdoor Session we will schedule a time for you to come back into the studio to view and choose your images) We will go through the images together and you can select your favorite images and then choose your package. Full payment is due on the day. I will then complete the full editing process and your images will be ready for you to download directly to your Hard Drive and Saved accordingly within 7 working days. All prints will be ordered and ready for pick up or posted within 2 weeks.
All collections include high resolution digital files. Images are supplied in color plus black & white. Options to purchase additional prints and products are available.
